Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,242 per week in Springfield, VT

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience License: Active RN License (Vermont or Compact) Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: Charge experience, drip experience (insulin, esmolol, sodium) Description: This is an adaptive acuity unit. On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide Progressive Care Unit care (3:1 ratio). This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused. Experience with insulin drips, esmolol drips, and sodium drips is required. Charge experience is mandatory for this position. Do not upload a traveler without charge experience or who will not work charge. Requests for time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests made after upload or during the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted; less is better. Travelers may not take all holidays off.
