Description:
The position involves providing nursing care in a float capacity across various units.
The nurse will support adult and geriatric patient populations.
Daily responsibilities include assessing patient needs and administering medications.
The nurse will monitor telemetry and provide care for patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Skills required include access/managing ports, blood product administration, and IV management.
Experience in pre/post-operative care and managing patients in critical situations is essential.
Nurses will be part of an interdisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
Availability for call and weekend shifts may be required.
