Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,221 per week in Batavia, NY

• 37-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit caring for primarily adult and geriatric patients
• Collaborative care delivery model utilizing teams of 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 PCT for up to 9 patients
• Diverse case mix including respiratory, cardiac, GI, neuro, and orthopedic overflow patients
• Epic EMR system with 12 hours of orientation provided
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV team, respiratory services, rapid response team, and pharmacy
• First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of recent RN experience

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent medical/surgical or telemetry nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred (required for submission)
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, dysrhythmia management, and central line care
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, tracheostomy care, wound management, and blood product administration
