Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 18:45 Start Time | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend & On-Call Protocol: Every 3rd weekend coverage required; no on-call required.
    • Floating Scope: Floating within discipline across local regional campuses permitted.
    • Holiday Commitment: Must work 1 to 2 of the major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Med/Surg-Tele RN experience required [HARDSTOP]. (First-time travelers accepted ONLY with at least 3+ years of bedside nursing experience).
  • Clinical Skill & Drip Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct proficiency in telemetry monitoring and IV drip management/titration strictly required (including cardiac, heparin, and insulin infusions) [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Permanent taxable address must be greater than 50 miles to qualify [HARDSTOP]. Driver's License required at submission.
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Iowa State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
