As an RN in this Med Surg Tele position, you will provide critical care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on symptom management and enhancing their quality of life. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to develop your palliative care skills while experiencing a variety of medical-surgical units through floating. Ideal candidates have a background in med surg nursing and are eager to learn in a supportive setting.
