Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients with various oncology diagnoses. Your role includes monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on safety and patient-centered care.
