The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care. The unit offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Nurse-to-patient ratios are maintained at 6:1 for optimal care. Staffing includes unit secretaries and technicians available on all shifts. All staff members will use advanced equipment and documentation systems. Nurses will be expected to float to other Med-Surg and Tele units as needed. Candidates should possess skills in managing acute care situations effectively. Comprehensive training and development opportunities are provided.
