Job Details:
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Janesville, WI

- Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin RN license, education verification, CPR certification, one year of experience or more
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in skilled nursing units and telemetry
- Float: Float rotation may be required to other inpatient units based on census
- Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with standards of care, policies, and state regulations
- Documents patient care according to standards
- Develops, initiates, and executes patient care plans tailored to individual needs, including patient and family education
- Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities, potentially including shared governance
- Provides clinical expertise guidance to other units/departments supporting the patient's longitudinal plan of care
- Uses critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating concerns appropriately
