Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in a healthcare facility setting. This role involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring condition trends, administering medicationsincluding IV treatmentsand managing wound care or specialized equipment. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, as well as instructing patients and families on post-discharge care. The assignment begins on October 5, 2026, and concludes on January 4, 2027, with a schedule of night shifts, 12 hours per shift, and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan state license and BLS (American Heart Association) certification; 2 years of medical surgical and telemetry experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a float pool setting, demonstrating flexibility to work across various units; strong patient assessment and emergency response skills
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This position enforces a strict three-strike attendance policy effective September 1, 2026. Candidates must adhere to all attendance policies, with extenuating circumstances considered on a case-by-case basis
