Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,930 per week in Lubbock, TX

Core competencies must include: telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, central line and PICC line management, IV therapy, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, oxygen administration including high-flow nasal cannula, heparin and insulin protocols, wound care, isolation precautions, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams. Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 1:5-6 patient ratios; every other weekend required; 48-hour work weeks approved; 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. Float to other acute care units as needed.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
• At least one completed travel nursing contract
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:5-6

• Willingness to float to other acute care departments within the facility
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
