Floating may be required based on skill set. Weekend coverage is needed every other weekend, subject to change based on need. The medication system used is Omnicell. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Active RN license is mandatory. Looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the specialty. Previous charge experience is preferred. Patient ratio experience should be 6. Charting system experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred. Travel experience is required. Skills required include managing ports, blood product administration, central line management, telemetry skills, IV starts, and orthopedic trauma care. Floating to other units may be requested due to census concerns. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated competencies in floating units. Additional interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. The expected daily patient census is between 15-20.
