Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Experience with EPIC documentation system Description: The nurse will work a 3x12 day shift from 07:00 to 19:30. Floating to other units or facilities is required based on patient care needs. Weekend coverage will be required every other weekend but may vary. The unit requires knowledge of various patient diagnoses and special procedures. Responsibilities include blood product administration, telemetry monitoring, and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Must have experience in medical-surgical and telemetry environments. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Additional skills in administration of surgical drains and total joint replacement are preferred. Travelers must be willing to complete pre-assignment testing and modules prior to beginning the contract.
