RN Care Manager

Location: Boston, MA
Start Date: 10/19/2026
Shift: Days | 4×10 Hours | 40 Hours/Week
Schedule: No set day off
Weekend: Every 6th weekend as needed
Holidays: No major holidays
Floating: Must be willing to float as needed per unit needs

Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience
Extensive knowledge of current medical-surgical patterns of practice and acute inpatient care
Knowledge of methods for assessing physical and mental impairment
Understanding of illness characteristics and expected treatment
Knowledge of benefits, plan contracts, eligibility issues, and requirements

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM) experience
EPIC experience

Required Certification/Education:

BSN

Preferred Certification:

CCM or related certification
