We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU experience to join our team in Cambridge, MA. This is a contract position that offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the best outcomes for patients. Your expertise in critical care will be essential in managing complex patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the ICU and IMCU settings.
• Float between ICU and IMCU as required.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and care management.
• Ensure compliance with BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA protocols.
• Participate in weekend rotations every other weekend, with two holiday shifts required if working through winter holidays.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting.
• Experience with CT surgery and devices such as IABP and IMPELLA is required.
• Must have been separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.
• Orientation is weekly; any color scrubs are acceptable.
