Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Whitehall, Wisconsin.

Med Surg RN - 12 hr Nights 

Contract Length:13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP 

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 

Shift Requirements: 12hr Nights, 1845-0715

Weekend/Holiday: every 3rd weekend (10/16-10/18 first weekend) 

(WKD includes Fri/Sat/Sun)

Holiday: Night of Thanksgiving, Xmas day night and New Years Day night (we include the eves in our rotation, but for nights it's the night of the holiday)

 

Float Requirements: None

 

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

 

Required Certifications: WI RN license, AHB BLS & AHA ACLS

Minimum Experience: 2+ years Med/Surg experience. Acute medical patients from ED and Transitional Care rehab stays

Charting Experience: EPIC experience preferredUnit Overview: 25 Bed, Critical Access hospital Med Surg Unit - General Medical, Continued Recovery patients, Infusion patients. (Medical Patients)Patient ratio is 1:5-6; Good CNA support 1:4-7Scrubs: Navy blue; Top- navy, black or white, Bottom-navy, black or white (should not wear all black, all other combinations are fine)
