  • Float Requirements: None
  • On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
  • Required Certifications: WI RN license, AHB BLS & AHA ACLS
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years Med/Surg experience.
  • Charting Experience: EPIC experience preferred
  • Patient ratio is 1:5-6
  • Scrubs: Navy blue; Top- navy, black or white, Bottom-navy, black or white (should not wear all black, all other combinations are fine)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36
