Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within a professional healthcare environment. The RN will assume responsibility for a designated group of patients and utilize the nursing process, current nursing practices, technology, and available resources to deliver safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
  • Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols.
  • Utilize healthcare technology and available resources effectively.
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered care environment.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois RN License in good standing.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Shift Details

  • Shift: Nights
  • Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts
