Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Urbana, Illinois.

RN – Med Surg | Job Summary

  •     Provide direct care to adult Med Surg patients.
     
  •     Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
     
  •     Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
     
  •     Provide wound care and pain management.
     
  •     Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret rhythm strips.
     
  •     Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
     
  •     Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
     
  •     Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
    Requirements:-
  •         Active RN license
     
  •         Med Surg experience
     
  •         BLS certification.

Med Ninjas Job ID #5097. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
