Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical to join its healthcare team.

Position Details

Required License & Certifications

  • Active Massachusetts RN License
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required
  • PALS required

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
  • Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital policies and safety standards.
