Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology at a leading acute-care hospital in Berlin, VT. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in patient care within the Adult Hematology/Oncology Unit. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients aged 18-100 with hematological conditions.
  • Utilize the Epic documentation system for patient records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
  • 2 years of experience in an Infusion/Oncology setting is mandatory.
  • Must be chemotherapy and biotherapy certified.
  • Epic experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
  • Reliable transportation is essential; public transport is not accessible in this area.

Additional Information:

  • This assignment is for 16 weeks only.
  • Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • IVS to offer; no block schedules for any reason.
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained.
