We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry (Tele) for a contract position in Needham, MA. This role is essential to meet our winter staffing needs, and we welcome travelers without a separation period from previous assignments. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Epic experience is required.

This position guarantees 72 hours biweekly, excluding any on-call time worked. The shifts will be 12-hour rotating, including both day and night shifts (7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p), with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Please note that only three days of time off will be approved during the contract duration. Local candidates are accepted at a rate $10 less than the travel rate.
