We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our team in Milton, MA. This is a contract position with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a leading healthcare provider, we are committed to supporting our nurses with the resources they need to succeed.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting your own telemetry strips, as this unit does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates must be prepared to pass a Dysrhythmia and Medications test during the onboarding process, with an 85% passing score required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret telemetry strips and monitor patient vitals.
• Administer medications and manage patient care effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Certifications: CPR and ACLS required.
• Epic experience is mandatory.

Additional Information:

• Every other weekend shift is required.
• Travelers do not need a separation period from previous employment to submit for open orders.
• Locals accepted at $10 less than travel rate.
