We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its Medical Surgical units. This is a great opportunity for an RN with strong Med-Surg/Telemetry experience who is comfortable working collaboratively and providing comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Current Illinois RN license
BLS/CPR
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Education verification required
Responsibilities
Provide patient care using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments according to standards and policies
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Provide patient and family education
Use critical thinking to promote patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
Participate in performance improvement activities
