RN - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Shelby, NC

Assignment Overview

Join our team as a MedSurg/Tele RN where you'll provide comprehensive care in a dynamic unit with a diverse patient population, including stroke and respiratory illnesses. Ideal candidates will have at least 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience and enjoy working in a patient-centered, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to a variety of patients with different medical needs
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
  • Manage cardiac drips and other medications as needed
  • Perform wound care and manage drains and tubes
  • Conduct PIV starts and manage central lines

Qualifications

Required:

  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • 18 months Med/Tele RN experience
  • Basic Med/Tele skillset including cardiac rhythm interpretation
