Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Charlotte, NC

Assignment Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care across multiple units, including Med/Tele Overflow, Ortho Surgical, and Cardiac Medical Telemetry
  • Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage medication drips
  • Perform trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, and NGT placement
  • Administer and manage IV/medication gtts, including cardiac drips and blood products

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active RN license
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • General Med/Tele skillset with stroke and cardiac rhythm experience

Preferred:

  • Ortho Experience
  • Comfortable with spinal precautions
