Assignment Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in the Emergency Department (ED) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-acuity, trauma level III care setting, and be comfortable managing diverse patient types and conditions. This position requires flexibility to float across multiple facilities within the region.

  • Start Date: Not provided
  • Shift Details: 3x12 Nights
  • Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable)
  • Charting System: EPIC
  • Assignment Length: Not provided
  • Local Candidate Policy: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in a trauma level III ED setting
  • Manage patients with diverse diagnoses, including trauma, cardiac, and respiratory conditions
  • Administer medications and perform critical care interventions

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 years of ED experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
  • Trauma and stroke experience
  • Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, conscious sedation, and critical care interventions

Preferred:

  • TNCC certification
