Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fishersville, Virginia.
Registered Nurse (RN)
This role is for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a medical/surgical unit focused on innovative nursing practices and new technologies. The unit is designed to be at the forefront of medical advancements, and staff will be early adopters of new equipment and practice models.
The position requires working the AM shift with a schedule of every other weekend. There is a holiday rotation in which staff will be expected to work at least one summer and one winter holiday. Staff are assigned to groups for self-scheduling, which rotate on a weekly basis.
The nursing care ratio is 1:6.
On the first day of employment, the RN is required to complete a drug screening at Employee Health and will begin their first shift on the following Tuesday. Candidates must be located outside a 50-mile radius to be eligible for this position.
