Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of RN Mother Baby experience.
Current, active Montana RN license
BLS certification
NRP certification
STABLE certification
Mother Baby / L&D experience preferred
Must be able to function as a Charge Nurse
Must be able to catch/transition newborns
Willingness to float to other departments as a safety companion
L&D experience in antepartum, intrapartum, pre-op, circulating, and PACU is preferred
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to postpartum mothers and newborns
Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments
Provide patient and family education
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Support safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

⚠️ Important: Traveler must live at least 90 miles from the assignment location to qualify.
