Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum

Overview

Enjoy a unique opportunity to work in a charming historic city with beautiful surroundings while providing essential care in a specialized nursing unit. This role focuses on Postpartum, Newborn, and Antepartum patients, while also supporting Labor & Delivery needs. This position emphasizes couplet care and includes responsibilities in antepartum care, new assessments, and postpartum support.

Schedule

• 3x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
• No on-call requirements
• Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays

Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position include:

• Caring for postpartum and antepartum patients
• Floating to Labor & Delivery to support LDRP needs
• Completing required antepartum and postpartum cross-training

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Acute care nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license required at the time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification) required at the time of submission
• Preferred experience in antepartum and EFM
