Travel Long-Term Care (LTC) RN assignment, 13-week contract, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, every other weekend, first to float, 26-bed long-term care facility, patient ratio of 1:10 on days and 1:19 on nights, MatrixCare/Matrix EMR, common patient diagnoses include heart disease, diabetes, and dementia, responsibilities include acting as charge nurse, medication administration, and wound care, no IVs, titratable drips, or telemetry, physician available by phone after hours, 2-3 shifts of unit-specific orientation, no call or standby, no blocked scheduling or self-scheduling, every other major holiday, clean and presentable attire with no specified scrub color, hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment. Required: Active nursing license, BLS certification, long-term care experience, ability to act as charge nurse, administer medications, and perform wound care, 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend, every other major holiday, first-to-float flexibility, candidate must live more than 50 miles from the facility, candidates cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN at any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity, all requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and limited to 7 days or fewer per 13-week contract, no additional RTO will be approved after submission, clean and presentable attire.
