Job Duties

The RN will:

• Act as charge nurse
• Pass medications
• Perform wound care

Staffing Ratios

• Days: 1:10
• Nights: 1:19

• Heart disease
• Diabetes
• Dementia

• IVs/titratable drips: None
• Telemetry: None
• No requirement for RNs to read telemetry strips
• No acute inpatient rehab team conferences
• No rehab beds; LTC only
• Oxygen: Concentrators and portable concentrators
• RT: None on-site 24/7
• Physician: Available by phone/on-call after hours

RTO

• RTO must be provided upfront
• 7 days or less per 13-week contract
• Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.

❌ Cancellation

• Up to 4 shifts can be cancelled per 13-week assignment
• Up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks
