Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 weekend shifts per schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care on a 25-bed High Risk OB unit with variable patient ratios (1:1 through 6:1)
- Circulate c-sections and assist with vaginal deliveries and bereavement care
- Manage and monitor patients on magnesium drips and other high-risk antepartum therapies
- Provide gynecological nursing care as needed within the unit scope
- Document patient care using Connect and Expanse electronic documentation systems
- Float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor & Delivery units per facility floating policy
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid for practice in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery or High Risk OB nursing experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
- Experience with c-section circulation and magnesium drip administration
- Ability to work 3 weekend shifts per scheduling period
Preferred Experience / Skills
- High risk antepartum nursing experience
- Gynecological nursing experience
- Familiarity with Connect and/or Expanse documentation platforms
