    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Battle Creek, Michigan, 49017!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

    Location

    Battle Creek, MI | Labor and Delivery

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive nursing care across all areas of a 15-bed LDRP unit, including antepartum, labor and delivery, and couplet care
    • Perform OR circulating duties and scrub nurse responsibilities as needed
    • Conduct FHM triage assessments and provide newborn care at delivery
    • Perform lab draws and newborn infant hearing screens using the ALGO 5 machine (training provided)
    • Float to other units within the facility as a sitter when needed, and to a sister facility approximately 27 miles away based on census needs
    • Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid Michigan RN license required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in OB, Mother/Baby, and Labor & Delivery
    • Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate and/or NCC C-EFM
    • Proficiency in circulating and FHM triage
    • Experience working within AWHONN staffing guidelines
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR
    • No time-off requests during the first two weeks of the contract
    • Locals are accepted with no radius restrictions
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • AWHONN Advanced certification
    • Scrub nurse experience
