**Exciting Opportunity for a L&D RN - Charge Nurse**
**Job Description:**

**Job Details:**
- **Assignment Length:** 13 or 26 Weeks
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Shift:** 3x12 or 4x12 Nights (19:00 - 07:30)
- **Years of Experience Required:** 1 year
- **First Timers Accepted:** Yes
- **Certifications Required:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced
- NRP
- **Skills Required:** Charge experience preferred or willing to train as charge
- **On-call Requirements:** No
- **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend
- **Floating Requirements:** May float to like units as needed
- **Block Scheduling Accommodations:** No
- **Local Candidates:** Not accepted; must reside at least 50 miles from facility
- **Pending License:** Accepted; however, license must be in hand for Auto Offer
- **RTO Restrictions:** Individual basis approval upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal
- **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 hours per 2 weeks; traveler may be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks
**Unit Information:**
- High Risk Labor and Delivery unit
- OB Triage/Testing: 5-10 patients
- Labor & Delivery/Antepartum: 7-14 patients
- 10 OB Triage Rooms, 10 LDR Rooms, 3 OR Suites, 4 PACU Rooms
- Average Daily Deliveries: 7 (up to 14 with inductions and high-risk antepartum)
- OB Triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients daily
