Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Alaska

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x12 Night Shift, guaranteed 60 hours per two-week period

  • Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams

  • Opportunity to gain experience with advanced cardiac procedures, high-flow oxygen therapy, BIPAP, and specialized patient populations
Requirements:
  • Active Alaska RN license (compact license accepted; pending licenses considered but must be finalized for offer acceptance)
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
  • Experience with 1:4 patient ratios preferred
  • Epic charting experience required
  • Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, vasoactive and cardiac drip management, central line care, BiPAP/CPAP management, and high-flow nasal cannula
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
  • Willingness to float to lower acuity units, renal care, neurology, and medical-surgical units as needed
  • Availability to work weekends as scheduled based on staffing needs
  • Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
