**Job Description:**
- **Position:** RN in Antepartum/Labor and Delivery Unit
- **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks
- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Location:** Women's Tower, Floor 3
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Weekend Rotation:** Yes
**Unit Overview:**
- **Number of Beds:** 24
- **Staffing:** 26 total (1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, 1 Clerk during days; no PCTs at night)
- **Patient Ratios:** 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity
**Essential Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- BLS Certification
- **Preferred:**
- Previous Labor and Delivery or Antepartum experience
**Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Non-stress tests
- Hyperemesis management
- Insulin drips
- Magnesium administration
- Heparin drips
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Teamwork oriented
- Strong communication skills
