This role will involve working within a Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital, providing care for vaginal and C-section deliveries. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor & Delivery/Postpartum

• Provide nursing care for labor and delivery, including postpartum recovery
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Administer IV insertion and manage central lines
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
• Conduct patient education and discharge planning

Requirements of the RN - Labor & Delivery/Postpartum

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• BCR certification, with competency in EKG exams required
• Minimum of 2 years of Postpartum RN experience
