Description:
This position involves providing care in a Labor and Delivery unit.
The shift is from 19:00 to 07:00.
Weekend work is required based on unit needs, typically every other weekend.
Travelers may need to float to other units as necessary.
On-call requirements include one shift every six weeks.
The patient ratio is approximately 1:4 during labor and delivery stages.
Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
Candidates should possess skills such as administration of blood products, support with breastfeeding, and neonatal resuscitation.
The position requires effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary support staff.
Travelers will be required to complete facility-specific training modules.
