Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,218 per week in Dickson, TN

Job Description** - **Location:** Dickson, TN - **Unit Name:** Women’s Services - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Cost Center:** 660 **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** - LDRP: 9 beds - OBED: 1 bed - NICU: 4 beds - OR suite: 1 - **Patient Ratios:** - 1:1 for active labors, inductions, C-sections - Couple care: 1:3 - Newborns: 1:1 until stable - NICU: 1:3 intermediate care (2 NICU nurses must be present if required) - **Unit Staffing Description:** - No techs or unit secretaries on staff - **Type of Equipment:** - CPN Central monitoring - IV pumps - Infant warmers - Tele-med robot for neonatologist - Bili-blankets - PCA pumps - **Documentation System:** - Meditech and CPN - **Scheduling Requirements:** - Full-time: 3 shifts per week - Rotating weekends and holidays - PRN shifts to complete staffing needs - **Floating Policy:** - Regular staff expected to float within the facility as needed - Some staff cross-trained to float between LDRP & NICU - **Patient Experience Requirements:** - Daily rounding on all patients - SAFETY rounding **Hiring Profile** - **Requested Skill Set:** - Must have Labor and Delivery experience; capable of labor, delivery, and recovery - Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred - **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Fetal monitoring education - Experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil) - **Procedures Performed:** - C-sections - Circumcisions - Intra-uterine monitoring - Vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - NRP - Fetal Monitoring training - **Dress Code:** - Pink and/or brown scrubs required for infant security **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
