Schedule: Full-time staff position with rotating shifts typical of inpatient Labor & Delivery units

Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
- Valid State of Ohio RN license
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certificate (mandatory)
- Current CPR certification
- Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred, particularly in Labor & Delivery or maternal-child health
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make independent clinical decisions
