Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,101 per week in Reston, VA

You'll be part of a dedicated Women's and Children's service line, supporting families during one of life's most important moments while developing advanced skills in a collaborative, resource-rich environment. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic Labor & Delivery unit that provides high-acuity maternal care alongside a Level III NICU.

Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Virginia

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Reston, Virginia

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• Fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit with 15 LDRs, 3 OB triage rooms, 3 operating rooms, and 4-bay PACU
• Level III NICU and 4 antepartum rooms on-site for comprehensive maternal care
• Documentation systems include Meditech and CPN for streamlined charting
• High-acuity patient experience including IV drips such as magnesium, labor and delivery, and circulating cesarean sections
• Opportunity to work within Women's and Children's service line with floating limited to related units
• Hospital-provided scrubs included

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia (or eligible for licensure)
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate certifications required
• Experience in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment
• Scrub role and circulating experience in the OR helpful but not required
• Proficiency with procedures including cesarean sections, epidurals, spinals, cerclage, and version
