Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
• NRP certification required
• RNC certification preferred
• Experience in maternal-child health, obstetrics, or women’s health nursing preferred
• Comfort working in a high-acuity Labor and Delivery unit
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to complete all onboarding and travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in maternal and fetal conditions
• Support deliveries and assist with interventions within the scope of RN practice
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
• Educate and reassure patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient care
