Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Float to additional campuses and facilities as needed to support patient care needs
• Care for PCU-level patients across various units within the hospital, including ED holding areas
• Participate in required every other weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or a compact state license
• Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown clinical setting
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses and units as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with ED holding or observation patient populations
• Comfort working across multiple care settings and adapting quickly to new environments
