Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting on a float basis
- Float to additional campuses and facilities in the surrounding area as needed
- Care for PCU-level patients across multiple units within the hospital, including ED holding areas
- Adapt to varying patient populations and unit environments while maintaining high standards of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or a compact state license
- Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown clinical setting
- Ability to float to multiple units and campuses as assigned
- Availability for every other weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with ED holding or acute care overflow patient management
- Strong adaptability and communication skills in fast-paced, multi-unit environments
