PCU / Surgical Stepdown - Registered Nurse (Travel)

Contract | 12-Week Assignment | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a PCU Observation Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring progressive care and stepdown-level interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- May be asked to float to PCU or MSMT units as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- Ability to work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
- No call requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Background in PCU, IMC, or Stepdown care settings
- Familiarity with observation unit workflows and patient populations
