    Travel RN – PCU / Burn Unit (Night Shift)

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: June 15, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Burn ICU/PCU setting with a 12-bed unit, maintaining ICU patient ratios of 2:1 and med/surg or PCU ratios of 4:1
    • Operate and monitor specialty equipment including ventilators, specialty beds, and occasional CRRT
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Collaborate with a care team consisting of Charge RNs, RNs, and PCTs to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
    • Fulfill scheduling requirements including a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
    • Adhere to the unit floating policy, which requires contract staff to float first as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
    • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
    • Current BLS certification (required)
    • Current ACLS certification (required)
    • Med/surg patient experience meeting unit patient experience requirements
    • Ability to wear navy scrubs per unit dress code policy
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a Burn ICU, PCU, or step-down unit setting
    • Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records documentation
    • Experience with ventilator management and CRRT monitoring
