Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Intermediate Care (PCU/IMC/Stepdown) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and manage cardiac and telemetry patients, ensuring timely assessment and intervention
- Float between designated units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs) and all compliance standards
- Complete required learning modules prior to and during the assignment
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license to verify residency
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with cardiac and telemetry patient populations
- Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
