    Job Title

    Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

    Location

    Aurora, Colorado

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with a patient ratio of 1:5
    • Care for a large cardiac population across telemetry and PCU floors, including patients with varied acute and chronic medical conditions
    • Perform nursing assessments, interventions, and documentation using Meditech EMR
    • Float to inpatient Medical/Telemetry and Rehabilitation units as needed
    • Collaborate with RNs and CNAs across day and night shifts to ensure continuity of care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU experience
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
    • Flexibility and willingness to float to various inpatient units
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with Meditech EMR
    • Chemotherapy certification (opportunity to be scheduled on Oncology unit)
    • Strong team-player mentality with demonstrated compassion in patient care
