    Job Title

    Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Night Shift (7P–7A)

    Location

    Aurora, Colorado

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with a focus on a large cardiac population, including telemetry monitoring
    • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 during both day and night shifts
    • Collaborate with RNs and CNAs across multiple inpatient units including Med/Tele and Rehab
    • Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
    • Perform varied procedures across units, caring for patients with both acute and chronic medical conditions
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of current acute care PCU experience
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
    • Willingness and ability to float to multiple inpatient units
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with Meditech EMR
    • Chemotherapy certification (opportunity to be scheduled on Oncology unit)
    • Experience caring for cardiac and oncology patient populations
