Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a travel role within our Intermediate Care Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided.
• Participate in unit meetings and continue to develop professional skills through education and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Intermediate Care or Critical Care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
